Document details you provide for drafting (party names, property details, terms).
Signing-related records generated by the eStamp/eSign workflow through our service providers.
Basic technical data if analytics tools are enabled on this website.

3. How we use it

To prepare, process and deliver your document and respond to your requests.
To complete applicable eStamp and Aadhaar eSign steps through licensed providers.
To communicate about your request, with your consent.

4. Aadhaar & eSign

Aadhaar authentication for eSign is performed by licensed eSign Service Providers within the CCA framework. OzoneSign does not store your Aadhaar number or biometric information.

5. Sharing

We share information only as needed with service providers involved in your workflow (for example, eSign/eStamp providers), with independent advocates where you request advisory support, or where required by law. We do not sell personal data.

6. Retention & security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide services and meet legal obligations, and apply reasonable safeguards to protect it.

7. Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion of your information by writing to info@ozonesign.com, subject to legal retention requirements.
