By using ozonesign.com or engaging OzoneSign's services, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Legal Disclaimer and the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

2. Nature of service

OzoneSign provides digital-document workflows: guided document creation, professionally structured drafts, applicable eStamp support, the Aadhaar eSign workflow through licensed providers, and delivery of signed documents with signing records. OzoneSign is a technology platform, not a law firm, and does not provide legal advice.

3. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate, complete and lawful information for your document.
• Ensure you are legally authorised to enter into the document concerned.
• Complete any registration, filing or state-specific formality that applies to your document.

4. Third-party services

eStamp, eSign and related services are provided by licensed third-party providers under their own terms and the applicable regulatory framework.

5. No outcome guarantee

OzoneSign does not guarantee the outcome of any negotiation, transaction, dispute or proceeding.

6. Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OzoneSign's aggregate liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the service fee paid for that service.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
